Nigel Hubbers has been involved with Indian healthcare through his practice of yoga and meditation for the last 30 years. His connection with Ayurveda started 10 years ago when he was introduced to its healing methods for stress-related diseases. He completed the BA (Hons) degree in Ayurvedic Studies at Thames Valley University and has been running his own practice since then. He has also spent time in India, Sri Lanka and Australia learning classical methods of treatment and currently practices in Stanmore, Middx and at the Euroved Clinic in Bell, Germany. Nigel’s particular interest is in women’s diseases and in particular focuses on the importance of stress and poor digestion as principle causes of the majority of diseases.
